Scotload offers Several Logging packages which are designed for all the main types of lifting exercises currently performed. We offer PC based solutions and also standalone types depending on your requirements.

Scotload T24 Logger– Single Channel
Designed for our T24 range of Wireless units, the T24 Logger can sample readings at a rate in seconds and then ports the results immediately into windows excel graphed and in tablurature (with time base against each reading).
On screen options allows the logging to be at your full control and adigital handset is not required to harness the readings. This is done via a small USB module that plugs into the PC and is included in the product pack.
Coming soon – compatibility with DH3T wireless units also!
Main uses: - General Load testing, Maximum Break testing, short and long term monitoring. The standard software for wireless load cells.

Scotload T24 Multi-Logger – Multiple Channel recodring
Like the Single channel recorder, the Multiple channel recorder can log your wireless readings, however this version can log up to 24 units simultaneously! Extra features such as totalizing, subtraction and summation allow you to configure the windows to your requirements. If you require just a single display, this does that also.
The Scotload Multilogger can also be used to monitor tanks/silos and general fixed applications without having to use the recording facilities. This allows you to eliminate unnecessary hardware and also have the readings viewed within a cabin or desk screen.
This uses a single PC module which captures all the readings.
Main uses: - multiple load tests over different channels, Load, pressure and multiple transducer measurements simultaneously monitored. Permanent monitoring for tanks (recording or non-recoding).
Scotload DSC – High speed logging
A hardwired based logging software, the Scotload DSC system can take up to 4 channels and log at a speed of 250 readings per second! With channel numbers reduced the frequency can be increase so that collectively 1000 readings per second can be captured on a single channel.
PC based and a hardware/transducer module plugs into your PC.
Main uses:- High speed logging, Break testing to degree of accurate break figures, fast moving applications.
Scotload Trackerlog
Scotload Trackerlog is a logging package designed for our panel based units, up to 4 channels can be captured simultaneously with capacity to include summation/totalizing for the units. (see Scotload COG weigher program for Centre of Gravity program).
The program runs in Windows excel, so there is no need to use a program and port the data, you just start the test, stop and the data is already in your excel program.
Main uses: - panel meter based logging, multiple hardware logging, general logging. Basic COG weighing.
Scotloads Centre Of Gravity Software allows you to monitor 4 points and automatically work out the Centre of gravity. As lifting applications that are not symmetrical require careful balancing, single points are required to have the weights calculated and a central lift point established. As this is a critical procedure, accurate weighing and calculations are required.
Scotloads COG calculator takes the readings and with only length and widths to be measured and entered, the COG position is automatically calculated. A Hard copy can be saved or printed to give to your client or team of riggers, ensuring that that special lift is done correctly.

PT3000 Portable Datalogger
The JCM PT3000 is a virtual Paper Chart recorder without the paper. Designed to log up to 12 channels simultaneously. Using 3 different types of transducer, the user can obtain pressure, displacement and temperatures of the Piece(s) under test and record these for later analysis. Using a Compact flash card or the Ethernet connection provided, the user can log the readings locally or remotely. The heavy duty connections ensure reliability in typical pressure testing areas. The unit is PC based.
Alternative combinations can be requested so you can have any type of transducer/combination required.
Main uses :- Pressure, temperature, distance testing. Multiple logging, portable logging on the move.
