Scotload can offer to design and produce a particular product that isn’t available as a standard product. As a lot of load cells are required to be made around client applications. We are highly proficient in designing and offering a solution to meet the requirements of bespoke applications.

 

Design

Our in house design department has a long proven track record in offering a solution for both physical and monitor able requirements. Where a product or service is required that isn’tdirectly available, we can design a product or method to fit around the criteria that is required. A good level of communication is given to ensure that your queries and needs are worked on in a short time and options for solutions are offered where possible.

 

Crane Monitoring System

The overhead gantry crane monitoring system is designed to protect the hoist and support the structure from overload. The basic standard system provides the customer with a visual display of the load on the crane.

There are many manufacturing variations in the overhead gantry cranes, so the load sensor is installed in either the compensation sheave or inline with the dead end rope termination as appropriate.
