Calibrations

Scotload have extensive experience in calibrating Load equipment. Our in-house test beds are equipped to cater for Tension, Compression and Shear testing applications and our certification is fully traceable to National Standards and we perform our procedures to (BSI) British standards.
All equipment is handled under our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System

Repairs

In addition to calibrations, Scotload offer an in-house repair service which is second to none and we welcome third party load weighing equipment in addition to our own. With over 15 years experience in repairing and OEM equipment, we ensure that your loadcells are maintained. We can offer a fast track service for very urgent turnarounds in addition to our standard quotation time.

Our policy for quotation ensures that you, the customer, are advised upon the status of the goods prior to go aheads on every occasion.

We also cater for other styles of transducers like pressure temperature etc.

Stress Analysis

Scotload offer Stress analysis for many kinds of applications that require single and multiple point monitoring. Our state-of-the-art equipment ensures that every movement is recorded down to microstrain level. We offer engineer installation of stress gauges to the application and optional assistance during the monitoring and testing periods are welcomed. Test results against time base is produced at the end of the test and can be reviewed for analysis. We use only the highest quality straingauges and application procedures to allow a superior and accurate data representation.

Typical applications are: A-Frames, Pipe pressure testing, prototype testing, proofload monitoring.

Design

Our in house design department has a long proven track record in offering a solution for both physical and monitor able requirements. Where a product or service is required that isn’t directly available, we can design a product or method to fit around the criteria that is required. A good level of communication is given to ensure that your queries and needs are worked on in a short time and options for solutions are offered where possible.
